These terms apply to tatkaledit.in ("TatkalEdit", "we"), run by Avinash Chauhan, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand 831002, India. By using the site you agree to them.

1. What we offer

Online tools for creators: WhatsApp status, thumbnails, cards, video editing, background removal, templates, After Effects presets and Hindi reel packs. Most tools are free with a daily download limit. Photos and videos you open in a tool are processed inside your own browser and are not uploaded to our server.

2. Account

Some features need a Google login. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may block an account that misuses the site, attacks it, or tries to get around its limits.

3. Pro plan and payment

  • Pro costs ₹99 for 30 days (or the price shown on the Plan page at the time of payment) and gives unlimited downloads and the Pro-only features listed there.
  • It is a one-time payment. It does not renew automatically; you can buy another 30 days whenever you want.
  • Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Pro starts right after the payment succeeds. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Your content and use

You keep the rights to the photos, videos and text you add. You can use what you make for personal and commercial work. Do not use the tools to make content that is illegal, hateful, or that uses someone else's photo or work without permission. You may not resell or redistribute our templates, presets or packs as they are.

5. Availability

We try to keep the tools working but they are provided "as is". Results depend on your device and browser. We are not responsible for indirect losses; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

7. Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand have jurisdiction.
